I need help with questions 11-18, please!! (Questions are in the photos, thank you so much) Case Study 1: Mr. Y is a 52 y/o Japanese American. He came to the United States as a college student 34 years ago. He is married and has two children. Mr. Y is a successful computer programmer for a major firm. He has worked his way up to a high level of management and is now in a high-stress position. He is good at what he does but is in a highly competitive market. His division must produce in order for the company to survive and he feels that it is largely his responsibility to see that this is accomplished. Because great emphasis was placed on excellence in his upbringing, he has always been an overachiever. He must not only do well; he must be the best. He is married to a woman from Japan. Though he has been in this country for 34 years, he still follows many of the practices of his homeland. His diet is greatly Americanized, but many aspects of the Japanese diet are still evident. In his work, he has the opportunity to fly to Japan on occasion, so he maintains strong ties with his homeland. He is 5^(‘)5^(”) and weighs 155 lbs. There is no family History of CVD, but he has a family history of intestinal cancer. He has been treated for gastric ulcers twice. It is very important to him that he continues to be a success in his work. He has become a model for his family in America and in Japan. This places additional stress on him and he stays at the office late at night and brings work home with him in the evenings and on weekends. One day at work he had a heart attack. He began to feel very weak, turned pale, and felt like he had pressure pushing in on his chest. It was difficult to breathe. There was severe pain in the sternum area that radiated to his left shoulder and down his arm, almost to the elbow. He also had pain radiating up from his neck to his jaw. He collapsed to the floor and was rushed to the hospital. He was admitted to the MICU with a diagnosis of MI. When Mr. Y was admitted, he still felt a crushing sensation in his chest with some burning and pain in the sternum area. He was diaphoretic, pale, was having PVCs, and was very anxious. His temperature was 99.9^(@)F. His initial treatment included MS (morphine sulfate) and lactated Ringer’s. He was NPO. The EKG suggested that Mr. Y had had an MI and that he was in ventricular tachycardia. Mr. Y was given disopyramide phosphate (Norpace), acebutolol (Sectral), and nitroglycerin prn. Phenobarbital was used to keep Mr. Y calm. Blood was drawn eight hours after admission and analyzed. The results were as follows:
